Bump! I just encountered this bug in my minecraft world with my friends. Voxelmap produced a completely different set of slime chunks than Chunkbase, and by creating a copy with the same seed in singleplayer, I verified that Chunkbase provided accurate slime chunks. At least in my world, the calculation seems completely off.
Furthermore, there seems to be a graphical bug in which random slime chunk pixels are drawn across the map. The purple in this picture lines up with the real slime chunks, found by waiting for slimes to spawn. Edit: I just looked, this is already issue Updated-VoxelMap/VoxelMap2#20
Accurate Seed Map for Reference:
Picture of my testing setup:
World seed is -260813261777281595.
I used voxelmap to display slime chunks, built a "slime spawn room" in the three chunks above the head image in the picture, and got no slimes at all.
Pasting my seed (4019507954599876011) into https://www.chunkbase.com/apps/seed-map#4019507954599876011, I got totally different slime chunks!
This does not happen every time; for example, the seed 1234567 works fine (at least the part of the map that I checked)
With a different seed ( -3707815899114284114) , something very strange happens, most chunks are ok but some on the right part of the map (marked in purple) are not:

The first example was made with voxelmap 1.12.13, the the second one with an older instance with voxelmap 1.12.11.
