Add `Zaneris` & `Lahwran` to mod's authors

The Zans Minimap was originally made by Zaneris (who stopped maintaining the mod) who handed the project to Lahwran. Later, Lahwran also stopped maintaining the mods that he made and handed the project to MamiyaOtaru.
