Issue/Problem:
Vaults, by default, allow anyone (with permissions set) to add and remove items to a vault. Anyone else with permission to remove items can take items placed into the vault that another player has added.
Potential Solution:
Allow a vault setting that causes "ownership" to be enforced upon items placed within the vault.
Alternatives considered:
Creating individual vaults for each player. But, this is cumbersome and difficult to manage, especially across maps.
Example of use:
A party has a wagon (an NPC created to be a wagon, then made into an Item Pile).
Each of the party members can add to the pile. But, they can also remove from the pile.
In the case of making an "Ownership" setting on a vault, this wagon could now be a "Vault" where each party member can add to the pile, but only the party member that owns an item added can remove his/her items from the vault.
