Update README node commands #11

Hey! I noticed the dev commands were a little out of sync on the readme so I thought I'd submit a PR to update them.

Hmm, ya know now that you point it out, we haven't actually updated the Readme since the Vue.js rework, so there are a few things that need updating. I'll accept this PR for the moment and try to get the rest updated tomorrow. Thanks!
