Cannot create new calendar in settings. #91

I tried to create a new calendar.

I went to the settings and expected to see below:

But actually saw this: image

No way to create new calendar.

I will look into this myself when I can get the time, but it's currently not a major issue just a visual bug. For some reason the buttons to expand a section show as blank boxes. If you click any of those white boxes that are present in your screenshot it will expand the selection.

And btw, when I finished the configuration and click the cross button on the top right to close the window. It doesn't respond.

This is also something I've noticed, it seems like there is a completely transparent element being drawn over the exit button. If you click on any other tab in the left pane, some other plugin, or something, you can close the window and the changes are saved. I also opened an issue on this :) #87
