Hi Yoshinori-San,

Installing MHA and dependencies is quite painfull on systems which have not 
direct internet access.
What do you think about creating extra packages that contains included 
dependencies ?

Hi Joffrey,

Yes, makes sense. The problem is Log::Dispatch depends on pretty many Perl 
packages, but should be worth doing.
