Chinese translation of EdgeDB docs for learning purpose

Guess we shall continue the discussion of https://github.com/edgedb/edgedb-docs/issues/10 here in Chinese without being too noisy in the public. It's about doing some translation while learning EdgeDB. The work is probably going to be discarded, though it might be helpful for the learners to actually translate, understand and get motivated about EdgeDB.

@thomaszdxsn 正如尤里在 https://github.com/edgedb/edgedb-docs/pull/9 中解释的，EdgeDB 尚处于特别早期的技术预览阶段，文档在 Release Candidate 版之前很有可能会发生天翻地覆的变化，所以不建议现在开始翻译相关的工作。

然而，我觉得以学习的目的做一些翻译，可以在自我驱动的同时，更快速地了解 EdgeDB。所以我仍然把翻译基础设施都搭建好了：

虽然缺少了与官网一致的视觉元素（上游没释放，我也没要），但至少是可以工作的，只要这个仓库下有提交 PO 文件，readthedocs.org 就会自动构建中文文档并更新部署。因此，如果读到这里您仍然有意愿贡献翻译，请注册一个 Transifex 账号并在该 Issue 下回复您的账号名称。

关注edgedb很久了，最早起源于尤里的一个PyCon视频。之前写过邮件给尤里询问进度，但是没有回复...我的动机和你是一样的，主要的目的是为了学习。
