Glad you like it! I've found it rather useful ;)
So far I can't recreate it. I'm running windows, but I don't think that should
make a difference). I can close/open projects and still only see them once.
Do you see them listed more than once in the same working set, or in different
working sets? Are you using the "Top-Level Elements->Working Sets" setting or
"Top-Level Elements->Projects" setting?

Some more info:
Top-Level Elements->Working Sets
Working Set Label=Site - drupal*
Project Name Regexp=Site - drupal.*
There are about 20+ project that match this description.
Let me know if you need more info
Cheers

Hi! I still cannot recreate it. I'll see if I can try it on a linux box at some
point, but it may be a bit before I can find one (know of any pre-setup vmware
VMs that I can download for a quick try?)
Where do the duplicates show up? In the same working set? Across different
working sets?
Do you have more than one dynamic working set defined?

I have more than one dynamic working set indeed.
Duplicate appear in the same working set.

Actually I just realized this is only happening in the PHP Explorer view (part
of Eclipse PDT). I can't see this happening on Eclipse Project Explorer.
So this may be a PDT bug...
