Date/Time incorrect when creating log file on Windows. #6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Code:
int main(int argc, char* argv[])
{
    google::InitGoogleLogging(argv[0]);
    google::SetLogDestination(INFO, "c:\\abc.log");
    LOG(INFO) << "ABC";
    return 0;
}

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Result: 1969/12/31 17:00:00

Should see current date/time. 2009/03/27 01:00:00

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
glog rev: r36
Windows Vista x64

hi, I get the same issue, also running Microsift Vista x86.

Oops this was a terrible bug... Fixed with this patch:
