Add light sensors for GoPros or other ways of detecting if they are recording. #6

When GoPro records light is blinking. We can add sensor of red light next to it to detect if recording is running and transmit it with telemetry.

Alternatively investigate if it's possible to get telemetry using USB or other means with GoPro4.
