BUG - Graáficos #78

1. Gráfico de barras horizontales: En la previsualización se ven las barras
horizontales pero cuando muestra el gráfico real aparecen las barras
verticales (gráfico de columnas).
2. No anda el incrementar y decrementar los registros a visualizar.

Faltaba overridear un metodo en la clase BarsChartFactory.

El "2." lo arreglaste, pero el "1." no. Pongo barras horizontales y en el 
preview 
sales horizontales, epro en el paso final salen verticales.
