[x] Get vite to serve the Vue 3 app
[x] Update Vuex store and modules to Pinia
[x] Update Vuetify components to use new version
[x] Run the app and go through each error
[x] Update useStore calls to use the proper stores (useStore doesn't exist)
[x] Ensure app runs in the browser and clean up any final major code issues from the upgrade
