WZ4: removed double shortcuts and added some new ones #61

  1. I have found 2 small bugs:
    • wz3 Bitmaps: Downsample and Rotate share the same shortcut - r.
    • wz3 Bitmaps: GlowRect and Twirl share the same shortcut - g. To fix that I deleted the shortcuts for Downsample and Twirl as unnecessary.
  2. Added some new shortcuts:

wz3 Bitmap: Mask - m Gradient - G Dots - w Bricks - q

wz4 RenderTree: Camera - C
