Protocol Release #1 - Githubissues

A final checklist of smaller items that must be taken care of before releasing the first rev of the protocol

[x] CRDT's: do all of our sets guarantee strong eventual consistency?
[x] JSON Canonicalization: investigate if there are discrepancies between implementations
[x] Naming: review all major components once they are described
[x] Diagrams: add for callouts and any other areas that might benefit from specificity
[x] Review all open comments on PR and resolve
[x] Acknowledgements Section
[x] Come up with a versioning / release scheme that uses Git.
[x] Add ci linting to ensure consistency of spacing and markdown between edits
[x] Add PR checklist to anyone who wishes to contribute
