select input channel #17

Hi, thanks for a great project. I know you are not maintaining it, but do you have a hint as to how one would select the input channel from a multichannel Soundflower, or even an external soundcard etc. instead of the basic system audio input? Possibly where in the code to do this?

thanks; sorry I don't have an answer for this: it's been too many years, and i can't recall if I ever attempted something like that. i know soundflower was pretty configurable, and I wouldn't be surprised if it is possible, but don't know how or have any way to test it.

i'm going to put the help wanted tag on here, in case anyone else has an answer, and leave this question open.
