This allows other applications to get meta data about the chromecast, primarily for this PR is knowing if it's a chromecast audio.

Includes a small refactor/move of chromecast functionality

a couple of questions and one quick change, but aside from that I don't see any reason to not merge this; unfortunately I'm unable to test it locally since I don't have a mac any longer, so please be extra sure that everything works!
