Currently, the select box on the workflow page is not replaced with select2. Replace the select box on the workflow page with select2.

(≫を押したときに状態を移す機能 + セレクトボックスをmultipleにtoggleする機能への対応が必要)

Since the number of options is small, I will leave it as it is.
