after reading chapter 2 (An_example_model_with_observed_variables), in tradition, the univariate analysis is often used in biology data, it seems to convenient, but if we always do the correlation, we may ignore the relationship between the structure of those variables. In addition, the univariate analysis like correlation, simple linear regression, may overestimate the covariance about the test. (but here i still not totally understand)
