#58 feat: Dark mode option #109

Added next-themes dependency for toggling between themes
Every pages and modals now support dark mode
Restyled the state, district and mall select option to enable dark mode (default theme from react-select does not support dark mode)
'Write a review' button's color in surau overview page is now contrast to the background (indicates Call To Action)

Anyway I am not really sure about the theme switcher placement, would love to know what others think about this. Thank you! theme-switcher
