Reporting/Flagging feature

Overview

With open source data, it's prone for user to input malicious content, image, or suspicious reviews. Luckily we don't have any at the moment.

Any user should be able to report content.

• Malicious image
• Obscene words

Admin should be able to review this to keep the community healthy.

There should be guideline if not at least, a basic one, where user can learn on proper data creation.

I saw some irrelevant review, maybe ppl are testing the review feature. It would be useful to implement this feature

I think we also need a admin panel / features to validate the flagged review. Or we can automate it by auto hiding if the review got flagged
