[x] Make tests for each goal to verify integration
[x] Make tests for 0, 1, 2 tags to verify parameters are passed in correctly.
[x] Make tests for incorrect setup or basedir that handle missing source files gracefully to test clear error messages

I tried once again to use the maven testing harness but it doesn't work with junit 5 and it's surprisingly hard to get it to work or find information on it.
