Reverse engineer Java code for layer 2 and 3 and then work on refactoring

High Priority

[x] layer 2 annotations should have ^$ and @Given like @Given("^The blah application, Object page is invalid$")
[x] layer 2 method bodies should be BlahFactory.get("DataTablePage").assertAttributes(dataTable) or Blah2Factory.get("JsonRequest").setIsInvalid() etc. The side of effect of this will remove the import to the layer 3 object itself
[x] Update Maven plugin and publish a new version

Reverse engineering done. Will work on high priority items tomorrow and then MBT

Will test everything with Maven once again tomorrow. Everything looks good so far, can then start GraphWalker on Monday

The Maven plugin does what it's supposed to but there's new issues I need to fix. None of them need to be fixed right away so I'll get started with MBT first and then revisit this.
