Replace First and Other Layer Classes With List of Transformers

Code changes not requiring test changes for core classes

• [x] remove linkers, move the code into the converter
• [x] Make a list of converters and add converters to them
• [x] Remove To and From methods with simple convertObject
• [x] Replace getFirstLayerWhatever with list in order of layers. So make getLayerDirectories or getLayerFileTypes
• [x] Make abstract methods for Project classes and make the methods consistent for init, read, write
• [x] Rename Mojos and Converters
• [x] Handle name conversion convertFullName or convertSimpleName. JavaFile handles dot/import name to path in constructor
• [x] Delete NameConverters.
