After making this, start making adjudication tests for the jar.

[X] Spring RESTful tutorial
[X] Docker tutorial
[x] Deploy Docker image to AWS Elastic Beanstalk
[x] Deploy SpringBoot RESTful service locally using Docker
[x] Use Maven to build Docker image, publish to Docker hub and run it locally
[x] Use Maven to run test and integration test
[x] Create claim adjudication jar and test with mvn install to publish jar
[x] Create claim service jar and test with mvn install to publish docker image
[x] Add Cucumber to both test projects
