Can't upload House Ads. Allowed to save ad, even though it's a broken link. #128

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log into AdWhirl.com
2. Navigate to House Ads screen.
3. Click "Add House Ad"
4. Select the type to be "Banner"
5. Click the "Upload Banner" button.
6. Select an image, either jpg or png, and click "Open" button.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- Expected: The uploaded image will show up as the banner.
- Actual: This error message is displayed below the "Upload Banner" button:
"There was a problem with your upload. You may want to try a smaller file size."

It doesn't matter if the image is a small size (like under 5kb) or is exactly
the correct dimensions (320 x 50), I continue to get the error.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
In Internet Explorer 8: The error is displayed exactly as described above.
In Chrome: In the banner preview is displayed a broken image icon. No error
message is displayed.

Also, Chrome allows me to save the new banner, even though it only shows up as
a broken link. When I go to look at my House Ads
(http://www.adwhirl.com/houseAds/houseAds) and I mouse-over an ad, then instead
of showing the ad image it shows some HTML tag information: "
style="vertical-align:middle" class="previewLink" src="/img/picture.png"/>

Works on Mac Snow Leopard / Chrome. Will have to test on Windows 7 later to
reproduce.

Were there special symbols in the filename or anything?

No special symbols. Simply tried "testbanner.jpg" and "testbanner.png"
See attachments.
