Ad rotator keeps rotating ads if display is off #147

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start corresponding app
2. Press power button to turn off display
3. See logcat

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Ad rotator stops downloading new ads while display is off andcontinues when 
display is on again.

Instead it continues to download ads and cause traffic and impressions that 
never get clicked because they are not seen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest SDK (2.5.5) on Android

Please Merge with issue #136
