Landscape option for house ads #154

It would be great to be able to serve up house ads in both portrait (320x50) 
and landscape (480x32) formats similar to Apple's iAds.

It's unlikely that we'll add support for these other ad sizes to AdWhirl.  It 
would require a pretty massive refactoring effort to support the use-case.
