Full Integration request from Nexage #171

Nexage would like to do a "full integration" within AdWhirl. Nexage is ready 
with adapters for iPhone. Per instructions, filing this ticket for coordination 
purposes. 

1. Nexage requests a  new ad network type
2. Name of the server clone created by Nexage: adwhirl-nexage.nexage.com:8080

Please let us know what the next steps would be.

I don't see any nexage repo clones listed for the project, and 
adwhirl-nexage.nexage.com doesn't resolve to a remote machine.  Please let us 
know where we can find your iOS adapter so we can start the code review process.

We have fixed the name resolution and have made sure that the server is online 
now.

We are submitting Nexage as a new Ad network. This includes submissions to four 
components: sdk-iphone, sdk-android, servers-mobile and servers-website.

*Network ID: Nexage needs to be assigned a permanent network Id. *

For test purposes, 21 has been selected as our network type. Nexage found that 
creating an arbitrary network type, for example 100, results in a configuration 
mismatch (the enum in AdWhirlUtil.java defines all the available Ad networks, 
however because of Java’s limitations we cannot use an arbitrary enum 
number).  Consequently, for this submission it has to be the last entry 21.  

We fully expect our selection of network type/number to be finalized by AdWhirl.

Clone Information:
The source code for the four components have been developed, tested and pushed 
back to the following clones and are now ready for review and testing:

binlee-nexage-iphone
binlee-nexage-android
binlee-nexage-servers-mobile
binlee-nexage-website

Test server
The Nexage AdWhirl server is configured and ready for testing.
