Configure the caching of ads #181

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Implement AdWhirl with Admob and Millenial Media
2. Ensure Millennial media is 100%
3. The images are cached at an extreme rate and cache is never cleared

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect that we would have the ability to clear the cache or turn this 
option off with:
android:persistentDrawingCache="none"  for the xml layout

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Android adwhirl 2.6.2

Is this a Millennial-specific issue?  If so, is it still present with the 
latest SDK pairing?
