Add support for new official Google AdMob SDK since old AdMob-only SDK no longer available. #192

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download the current SDK from admob.com
2. See that new SDK contains totally different files than old SDK
3. Realize that these new files are not supported by AdWhirl
4. Cry

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There would be option for new Google AdMob SDK old AdWhirl.com.  Installation 
instructions would contain information on how to use this new SDK.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.6.3

Please provide any additional information below.
I've attached the latest SDK downloaded directly from admob.com

same problem that i have

I use Goodle.admob.ads.sdk Jar
and I installed Adwhirl..
House ad is available but Admob is not showing 
I'm cring

Annoying issue, could someone at least provide an old version of the admob sdk 
that works?

This is a pretty grim situation for AdWhirl users... could really user a link 
to the older AdMob SDK that works. Anyone?
