MoPub is powerful way to handle direct sold advertisements and more 
sophisticated house ads.

Please let me know if any other information or code is required.

NOTE: I have overridden the networkType definition of the adapter with 
AdWhirlAdNetworkTypeAdMob which needs to be defined in the enum.  Also, 
mopubAdUnitID should be added to the AdWhirlDelegate protocol.

Until the new adapter is officially supported by adwhirl, I wrote some helper 
functions to help integrate as a custom event. Details found here:
