Add Option to include IP's instead of DNS for root apps

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. user of your app has a rooted phone
2. user installs adfree ad blocking software
3. all dns of ads are blocked.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the ability to include a block of ips for the servers in this case, i know ips 
change and dns offers failover, but its preferable to have one server that can 
stay static for these cases.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest -android

Please provide any additional information below.

I have root apps so most of my users use adfree to block ads.  I assume zynga 
gets aroudn this by hardcoding ip's into the app, why not do this for adwhirl 
jar?  of course admob would also need to add this to make it work.

This isn't something we're going to get into.  If those users are already going 
to such lengths to not see ads, we're not going to try to force them.
