Email confirmation isn't working for signup #217

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new account on https://www.adwhirl.com/home/register
2. Check inbox and spam folders

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Receive an email.  None is delivered, spam folder has been checked (I have 
received plenty of mail in the 3 days i've been waiting)

It's been like this for a few weeks. They haven't responded to any of my 
e-mails and in fact deleted my posts in their help section. Very surprising and 
unfortunate, especially from a Google company.
