What steps will reproduce the problem?

I also found the same issue.

Today I found no ads are showing in my apps, then I tried in XCode and found 
for all of my apps this error are showing in XCode console.

AdWhirlConfig: HTTP 503, cancelling

(XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX is original id)

Failed fetching AdWhirl config: Error Domain=com.adwhirl.sdk.ErrorDomain

{NSLocalizedDescription=Config server did not return status 200}

Please solve the issue, otherwise we will loose revenue.

I am getting this problem too and I was wondering if I messed up something in 
the config somewhere after a minor update... I see it's a server issue instead.
