House Ads on Android appear too small #249

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create an image banner ad as a house ad in AdWhirl.
2. Use Nexus One to view the house ad.
3. Observe that it is too small.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see 320x50 banner fill in the 320x50 space.  Instead, I see a 320x50 
banner shrunk inside the 320x50 space.  

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.0.0 Android

Please provide any additional information below.
Probably has to do with AdWhirl ignoring device density.

Thought I'd try a banner since icon + text was drawing my icon very small.  Now 
I see Adwhirl is just an all around piece of junk.

Same happens in my Galaxy Nexus emulator (WXGA720 Emulator skin, Android 4.0.3, 
720x1280, ppi 320).  I've attached a screenshot. The red area is 55dp tall and 
is the container for the AdWhirlLayout. 

It works fine for me on my XOOM emulator (Android 4.0.3, 752x1280, ppi 150).
