Remove trailing/leading blanks from PublisherID #263

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add additional blanks to PublisherID of Admob key
2. Start application.
3. No ad will be loaded from Admob

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to get at least some ads from admob, but nothing is shown.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
AdWhirl 3.0.0, Admob 4.1.1

Please provide any additional information below.

Sinhura, enable an ad network in the AdWhirl UI...
