Adwhirl servers seem to be down #271

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run the app in the simulator
2.

What is the expected output? 
adWhirlDidReceiveAd

What do you see instead?
AdWhirlConfig: HTTP 503, cancelling

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

AdWhirl SDK 3.1.1 on iOS 5.0, 5.0.1, and 4.3.
