iOS adsense integration #293

1. adwhirl sdk 3.1.1
2. admob sdk 5.0.5

when i try to compile the code i get GadAdViewController.h and 
GadAdSenseParameter.h not found.
in admob download site i see the message "The Google AdMob Ads SDK is not 
compatible with the current Google AdSense for Mobile Apps SDK when used in 
conjunction with AdWhirl."

what's the status?
is it not supported?
am i missing something?

AdSense for Mobile Applications has been deprecated.  You should just use the 
AdMob SDK instead.
