Ad Refresh Time Out #300

Hi I have a problem:

Everytime I change visibility or move the view out of screen, the refresh 
occurs after 30 secs and for this time no ad is shown.
This is a problem for me because I use Ads only in the Pause Menu of my game. 
So I need to refresh it by myself. Is there a method like "refreshAd" in iOS 
but just for Android?

I Know that this is not a bug, but I think there should be a method to do 
requests manually.

I use 3.1.1 on android.

I hope someone can help me
