What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.download the key west food and wine festival app
2.look at the banner ad for dining around key west its the only ad i have

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
a full banner ad. a partial banner ad
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
windows 7 i did not know there were multiple versions
