LoadCLI does not support multithreading any more ... #46

LoadCLI does not support multithreading any more. It simply uses Sesame to add 
the file. This is not the intended way LoadCLI should work.

This is probably related to issue 16. Sebastian, why did you change it this way?

Hi Andreas, that feature is no longer available because the bulk loader is (re) 
using a fix number of threads. So that doesn't make sense for a client to 
specify such information
