would be great to have with the sniffles exe #3

Quite nice! would it please be possible to make it a pip or conda package to install it alongside with sniffles I do not manage to get it in the conda env from the github repo code and now need to run the plotting from a separate path which is a pain. Stephane

Thank you for your suggestion. Making it available as a pip or conda package is a great idea. We'll work on packaging it for easier installation alongside Sniffles.
