Images broken in wiki #7

All images in the wiki appear to be broken. E.g. https://github.com/faridcher/ml-course/wiki/instructions#21-plotting-the-data under "Figure 1: Scatter plot of training data" all I see is a broken image link icon.

It is fixed now. I also uploaded the instructions for the exercise 2 and 3. The rest are on their way soon.
