What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install python enthon version (2.3.5) on xp
2. Install fwtools on xp
3. svn regionator
4. seutp.py install
5. change to tests directory and run tests
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I am trying to run the regionator tests on an xp machine. I noticed all the
tests were shell scripts so changed them to batch files. I ran the testall
and certain tests failed I have no idea why. I have attached the output
from running testall. Also certain tests do not indicate that a number of
tests have run e.g. testxml -- is this normal.
