MediaAccess v0.2.2: button doesn't open the right panel #108

Hi, I see that v0.2.1 correctly produces a link like this:

[base url]/wp-admin/upload.php?post_id=5782&tab=library&TB_iframe=1&_wpnonce=c93ea6b400

while v0.2.2 gives this (wrong):

media-upload.php?post_id=111&tab=library&TB_iframe=1&width=753&height=766

0.2.2 will open an old-style media window and will not retain the value after saving.
