Diglett stats has wrong stats

I have an alolan Diglett where GoIV doesn't have a valid solution. There are results, but the appraisal doesn't match any of the combination. Its stats are:

• CP: 383
• HP: 48
• Level: 20

Attack	Distance	HP
13	11	15
13	12	14
12	13	15
13	13	14

The appraisal results for Valor are:

• Amazing
• Defense is the strongest feature
• Blown away

But there are no combinations where the defense are the maximum and none where it is actually 15. Using the calculator from pokemon.gameinfo.io gives me valid results.

I'm aware of #954 and #34 but in my case it detects it as an alolan Diglett so this can't be the issue and resetting everything doesn't solve it.

Looking at pokemon.gameinfo.io again gives me a different defense value (81) compared to the value in the forms.xml line 357 which is 82.

I just saw that there is a pull request #1024 fixing this value.

Seems to be closed, but as mentioned in #1024 older Digletts now have invalid configurations. Quite a bummer that it can have different "stats". So an older 100% Diglett does have lower stats than a newer one.
