According to the results screen, all base stats of all Spinda forms are "-1". The values in integer.xml on the other hand (116, 116, 115) appear to be correct.

Affects 5.4.0 and 5.4.1; 5.3.0 is working with both spinda and unown.

Fixed with 495d7de (#1060) released in 5.4.3.
