This PR provides pokemon database update including Galarian, and detection for them.
Galarians evolution line are more complex than Alolans. I think it is better to implement using GAMEMASTER properties about evolution(e.g. evolutionBranch) than https://github.com/farkam135/GoIV/commit/02b54d9196aa39ea7d40202977d8d5b0720a8dba#diff-2479e0a9277cb38d3909c0016c11d120.
