Beyond Upgrades needed #1093

These items need/should be fixed to make it compatible with the new update:

[x] New CpM values for level 40+ (in my lvl50-values branch)
[x] Stardust, candy, candy xl costs for the power up calculcation
[ ] Read new layout of candies, stardust and mega energy
[ ] Stats for the new pokemon

This is a quick rundown of things I noticed which need (should) be done before publishing an update.

Few minor things which can be done separately later:

[ ] Replace candy xl image in the power up fraction (it currently uses the candy image)
