Appraisal: OCR regular misdetection #882

When using the OCR appraisal detection, GoIV incorrectly checks "best ... no doubt" with the phrase "Its best quality is its HP", which should be detected as "HP". (I'm team Instinct)

It isn't always incorrect, but about 4/5 times it gets this wrong. (consistently what I describe above)

I'll post a screenshot from my phone next chance I get.

I also see this, also Instinct. Previous versions the problem could be worked around by tuning the time in the settings "For budget phones". I think it was fixed in a dev previous version I tried?

I've commited a fix for this, so it should work for the 5.0.0 release.
